Garbage Can shall, as applicable, mean either (i) a metal or heavy-duty plastic container used for Curbside Collection of Horticultural Trash that has a tight fitting lid, handles on the sides, with or without wheels, and a capacity of not less than thirty-two (32) gallons and not more than fifty (50) gallons; or (ii) a heavy duty, securely tied, Plastic Bag designed for use as a Garbage receptacle.
