A property owner may lease one (1) additional cart per owned unit.  There is a one-time lease fee of $67 and a pro-rated disposal amount based on the month the lease agreement is received.  An additional assessment of $52.50 will be charged each year after the lease is received.  Click here for a printable lease agreement.  The prorated amount per month is shown below.
